Hot, like a backyard BBQ. For burgers, steak, chicken, hot dogs and veggies. Wait for ADD FOOD on the screen before you put food on.
🔥 Grill & smoker
Turn the dial to pick how you want to cook. Then set the heat and the time, and decide if you want wood smoke.

Low heat for a long time with real wood smoke. For ribs, pulled pork and brisket. The wood smoke turns on by itself.
💡 One scoop of pellets is enough. More pellets doesn't mean more smoke.
Like an air fryer. A fan blows hot air to make wings, fries and nuggets crispy. Use the crisper basket.
Like an oven outside. For pizza, cornbread, cobbler and meatloaf.
For big pieces of meat and whole veggies. Brown on the outside, juicy inside.
Strong heat from the top. Melts cheese and browns the top fast. Wood smoke doesn't work with this one.
Very low heat for hours to dry food out. For beef jerky and dried fruit.
Adds real wood smoke. Fill the pellet box with one scoop first, pick Grill, Air Crisp, Bake, Roast or Dehydrate, then press this. A little flame shows on the screen.
Make it hotter or cooler. On Grill you pick LO, MED or HI.
Set how long it cooks. It counts down and beeps, then says DONE.
Starts cooking. The grill warms up first and shows ADD FOOD when it's ready. Holding it for 4 seconds skips the warm-up, but for grilling, always let it warm up.
Pro models come with a probe. Push it into the thickest part of the meat. Chicken is done at 165°F, burgers at 160°F, pork and fish at 145°F.
ADD FOOD means it's hot and ready for food. DONE means time is up. Check the inside temperature before you eat.
Plain-words summary of the owner's guide. Your model's panel may differ a little; the manual that came with it wins.
