Skillet cornbread

Golden cornbread with a crisp crust and a little smoke.

You need

• 1 box cornbread mix + egg and milk as directed
• 2 tbsp butter
• Honey to serve

Steps

1. Melt butter in a small cast iron pan in the preheating grill.
2. Pour in the batter.
3. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle honey.
