Campfire banana boats

Bananas stuffed with chocolate and marshmallow, baked in foil.

You need

• 4 bananas, unpeeled
• ¼ cup chocolate chips
• ¼ cup mini marshmallows
• Foil

Steps

1. Slit each banana lengthwise through the peel, not all the way through.
2. Stuff with chocolate and marshmallows. Wrap in foil.
3. Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes. Eat with a spoon.

🌿 Make it healthier: Use dark chocolate chips and half the marshmallows.
