Mixed berry sorbet

Deep purple, tangy and sweet.

You need

• 2 cups frozen mixed berries
• 1/3 cup water or apple juice
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Steps

1. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into the pint (base closed).
3. Lid on. Freeze flat for 24 hours.
4. Press Scoop, then Sorbet.
5. Take the pint out and scoop.
