Creami won't start or stops mid-spin? Check this first

Unlock and re-seat the outer bowl, make sure the paddle clicked into the lid, and check the pint isn't overfilled. The Creami won't run unless everything is fully locked.

It won't start

  • Twist the outer bowl until it locks into the motor base.
  • Check the paddle is clicked into the outer bowl lid.
  • Confirm the pint lid is off.

It stops mid-spin

  • The pint may be overfilled or have a hump. Scrape it flat.
  • Very hard pints (sorbets with little sugar, deep-freezers) can strain the motor. Rest 5โ€“10 minutes on the counter first.

When to call Ninja

If it still won't start with a flat, properly frozen pint and a locked bowl, contact SharkNinja support with your model number. Don't open the motor base.

Questions

Is a loud noise normal?

Yes, the first seconds of a hard pint are loud. A grinding or clicking noise every spin is worth checking the paddle and bowl.
