Irish cream coffee ice cream

Coffee ice cream with Irish cream liqueur. After-dinner dessert. 21+.

You need

• 1 cup whole milk
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tbsp instant coffee
• 3 tbsp Irish cream liqueur

Steps

1. Whisk the instant coffee and sugar into the milk until dissolved, then whisk in the cream and liqueur.
2. Pour into the pint (base closed).
3. Lid on. Freeze flat for 24 hours.
4. Press Scoop, then Ice Cream.

Adults only: Contains alcohol that isn't cooked off. Not for kids or anyone who shouldn't drink.
