Fresh banana sorbet

Overripe bananas become creamy soft serve.

You need

• 3 very ripe bananas
• ¼ cup milk of choice
• ½ tsp vanilla

Steps

1. Mash or blend bananas with milk and vanilla.
2. Pour into the pint. Lid on. Freeze flat for 24 hours.
3. Press Scoop, then Sorbet. Re-spin with a splash of milk if crumbly.
