Pineapple kale crush

Pineapple hides the kale completely. A great first green for skeptics.

You need

• 2 cups pineapple chunks
• 3 kale leaves
• ½ cucumber
• A few mint leaves

Steps

1. Fit the orange filter. Cut pineapple into 2-inch chunks, no skin or core.
2. Feed kale rolled around the mint, then pineapple and cucumber.
3. Stir and pour over ice.
