Hold it down when food gets stuck. The spinning screw goes backward to loosen things. Let go, then press Start / Stop to keep juicing.
๐ก Stringy stuff like celery or ginger? Cut it into small coins first and you'll rarely need Reverse.
Smooth juice with only a little pulp. Best for hard stuff: apples, carrots, beets, celery, greens and ginger.
Thicker juice with more pulp. Best for soft fruit: oranges, berries, mango, pineapple and watermelon.
Drop food in a few pieces at a time and let the machine pull it down. Cut pieces to about 2 inches. Roll leafy greens into tight little logs.
Juice comes out the spout into the jug. Dry leftover pulp goes in the bin. Rinse everything right away so nothing dries on.
