Birthday cake frozen yogurt

You need

• 1 3/4 cups Greek whole-milk yogurt
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 tsp cake batter extract
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• Rainbow sprinkles, for topping

Steps

1. Mix everything together until smooth.
2. Pour into an empty pint (base closed).
3. Lid on. Freeze flat for 24 hours.
4. Press Soft Serve, then Frozen Yogurt.
5. Snap on the swirl lid, then pull the handle to swirl into a cone or chilled bowl.

🌿 Make it healthier: Swap the heavy cream for 2% milk plus 2 tbsp dry milk powder; it stays creamy with about half the fat. Use plain nonfat Greek yogurt and sweeten lightly.
