ABC juice

Apple, beet, carrot. Sweet, earthy and bright magenta.

You need

• 1 beet
• 2 apples
• 4 carrots
• ½ lemon, peeled

Steps

1. Peel the beet if it's very earthy. Cut into small chunks, beets are hard.
2. Juice the beet between apple pieces.
3. Finish with carrots and lemon.

Tip: Wear an apron. Beet stains everything, the juicer included. Rinse right after.
